Hanah Mack
Hanah graduated from the University of Aberdeen in June 2015 with a 2:1 BMus (Hons) performance degree where she studied flute under Catherine O’Rourke and piano with Drew Tulloch.
Since moving back to Edinburgh, Hanah has worked for many music schools and services around the city including, Edinburgh School of Music, Key Player Yamaha Music Point, All About Music Education and the City of Edinburgh Council Adult Education Programme.
Hanah Mack Music Tuition has been based in Edinburgh since September 2016 and moved to the Banana Row Music Studios in 2019. As of August 2021, HMMT offers both online and in-person lessons.

Hannah Fleming
In 2017, Hannah graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a 2:1 BMus (Hons) degree in performance. Hannah has been teaching piano since moving to Edinburgh in 2018. After joining HMMT in May 2019, her teaching has continued to grow and she now also is a visiting piano and singing tutor for a private school in Edinburgh.
As well as piano, Hannah studied singing at university. She has taken part in many choirs and musicals over the years including being involved in Aberdeen’s famous ‘Student Show’. Her passion for performance continues as she is currently a member of well-established amateur company Edinburgh Music Theatre.

Laura Preston
Laura graduated from Edinburgh Napier University in 2017 with a 2:1 BMus (Hons) degree in Classical Music Degree, under the vocal tutelage of Joan Busby.
From the age of 8, Laura has been involved with National Youth Choir of Scotland, including its area choir and the National Girls and Young adults choir, and achieved a NYCoS Gold award for theory and Kodaly musicianship in 2011. Before leaving school, she worked with the Scottish Opera Connect programme and was awarded the Leng Gold Medal for Scottish Singing and Dundee Vocalist of the Year.
Since graduating university, Laura has provided vocal coaching and music directing for Edinburgh Little Theatre for several musical productions including in the Edinburgh Fringe. She enjoys working with choirs and ensembles and, at HMMT, currently runs our Solfa Singing Groups for kids on Saturday mornings.

Josie Law
Josie is currently studying music a the City of Edinburgh Music School where she plays the piano, viola and violin. She has been learning since the age of 9 and has achieved ABRSM Grade 7. She has also performed several concerts at the Queens Hall, and with groups such as EYO and ESSO.
At the moment Josie is particularly interested in music technology, and composition, and has achieved A grades at Higher and Advanced Higher.
Josie also loves to sing and is also an HMMT voice student.

Amy McNeill
Amy has been teaching piano lessons since the age of 18. She graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2017 with a BMus(Hons) degree in Music Education and has since moved back to Edinburgh.
Over the years Amy has played keys for various youth theatre groups and in their performances in the Edinburgh Fringe. She also has experience running group singing lessons and musical theatre shows with Stagecoach.
Amy is excited to take on private piano pupils in addition to her job as a secondary school music teacher for the City of Edinburgh Council.
